Actually you are not the first to assume that! But there is in-lore reason for it, we even discussed it yesterday on discord. As per story, every native from The Center has white hair and purple/pink eyes and as mentioned in one of the events, because of their recessive genes, any outside combination from other races gets rid of their genes. That's why Ame, who one parent is from the center, doesn't have white hair! i know its too much story for a hentai game, but I like the world building xD and the same world will be used in my next game
