What should I add to this drawing?

In this area it’s a skull, a tooth, and a dragonfly, there’s also ferns and mushrooms and all kindsa stuff! What should I put in this little gap as filler? Smoke from the skull? Another smaller tooth? A bottle of poison? Give me your ideas and I’ll finish it up, get it scanned and post it here in these days or over the weekend 🧚

Is that a tooth?! 😖 I have so many nightmares involving teeth breaking or falling out or shattering and I can’t spit them all out. Teeth are horrifying. Don’t add more teeth!
I’ll pick one of these but for next month actually, I’ll get you guys to drop me a bunch of elements and I’ll turn them into one combined chaotic drawing!
