I picture Lex Luthor showing up after the suit has been mostly ripped off (starting with a closeup of Superman's rock hard cock, clapping is heard in the background), Lex approaches holding a kryptonite amulet. The kryptonite effects Superman much like how The Prick's quills effect class comics superheroes. His cock gets even harder and even more raging, but Superman loses all of his powers and strength.
