I think yes, because at the end of the day, everyone needs someone to talk to guilt free, and receive help, in whatever form that is. Therapy, prayer, or whatever avenue you chose to pursue. But that would show people that y’all actually are vulnerable, and this isn’t just one big bit.

I think it’s a great idea, from my point of view I think it will allow your audience to get to know you guys better, not just the role you put on in front of the camera. It will bring more intimacy to your fans and attract more, I say post it.

I’d recommend posting—along with the sponsor disclaimer at the start add the context you gave us here - that you’re doing it to help encourage others to open up about mental health & get professional help when needed, that you only agreed if it would be genuinely vulnerable, and that this is to show *one* option for people to do so among the many that exist. If your contract with Better Help allows you, you should encourage people to get help in ANY form even if it’s not them
