New Years Resolutions but make it slightly toxic - Dropouts #236 (REDO!)

This is the episode that will be going live today, Tuesday 12/31, so consider the last one like a bonus episode just for the Patreon! And I'm posting this as soon as I possible could so that you all at least get it a few hours before the public :)
On this episode things of course start of a little hot with the whole crew bickering as always, this time about Alyssa's new TikTok tick that she has repeated nonstop off camera. But then Zach, believe it or not, reigns it back in and asks us all what our actual New Year's resolutions are and what we're going to do to achieve them. Then, in Zach like fashion, he makes it a little toxic by saying we should all go around the room and say what we think everyone should ACTUALLY be focusing on lol. After that, we play a new game inspired by the amazing folks over at Good Mythical Morning which was a ton of fun and highly competitive of course, so stay tuned to see who wins that! In the end I think we will all agree this was a MUCH better and much needed version of episode 236

What I’ve noticed from watching Dropouts for two years is that Jared is a very good conversationalist. He has a well-organized thought process, knows what to ask and when to ask it, and demonstrates a good work ethic through his editing efforts and staying on top of podcast related tasks and events. I also love that he genuinely cares about others. I remember one episode where he helped Alysa figure out her emotions by asking her very thoughtful questions.

I appreciate y’all listening to feedback. I know Zach is crazy busy with multiple projects going on at once and I’m sure Jared is probably editing them. I hope y’all can keep up the grind and still keep putting out quality content. I promise I want to keep paying y’all instead of going the free route like many suggested. Honestly I do both. I usually listen to the patreon while I’m driving and go back and watch the episodes on YouTube when I’m working and don’t care about commercials. Hopefully that actually helps.

I’m glad they got started! That said, I do feel like they were pressured into giving more content this month, and I feel bad because it is the holidays, and things didn’t go their way in the last episode. However, from a business standpoint, listening to feedback and adjusting what they’re putting out is so important. Go Dropouts!
