God damn these guys, their enthusiasm is so infectious, they almost got me on board with this movie. But I do not buy into the chemistry of these actors, the general re-make vibe of the entire film, and I keep going back to what has always bothered me, and griffin has pointed out several times, these actors know they’re in a Star Wars movie. Everything by Ridley and Boyega and is just a little too over the top for me. Visually, this movie is phenomenal, but I will not buy into any justification for why this movie needed to be a Star Wars remake

Daisy Ridley did well in Force Awakens, but ultimately she feels more like a Keira Knightley Jr. in everything else I've seen her in....Was a little perplexed by the heavy praise being heaped on her. Regardless, look forward to seeing what becomes of her career post-SW.
