I love every single Terminator sequel, except Dark Fate. I honestly loved the aesthetic and vibe of this film. The worst part is Christian Bale, I don't like his performance, nor is there anything there for him to chew or work with. MCG's vision for his sequels sounded insane, and the artwork/conceptual art he freely threw out onto the Internet in 2014. I was really into the whole gritty world war feel and style.

the more they add to the Terminator mythos the weirder it becomes that Skynet is apparently going to happen no matter what and there's nothing humanity could possibly do to stop it BUT John Connor specifically must survive and lead the resistance or humanity itself is doomed. Like why is it not equally true that no matter what humanity will resist the machines?
