Nostalgia is a big part of it but Dick Tracy pretty much has the same appeal as cats. Laughing at big stars in weird costumes plus the weird Guy ā¢ antics of Gould and Warren. There is also the added bonus of having Stephen Sondheim songs.

I once did a special benefit show at the Shubert Theater in NY. It shared an alley with the Phantom theater. During rehearsals we would smoke in the alley and hear that Phantom music booming through the walls. If i never have to hear it again, it'll be too soon.

I genuinely like (most of) these pulp movies a lot. But Iāve also largely been a single issue voter for much of this poll in that I would vote for ANYTHING that opposed a Cats episode. I would vote for that parody educational sand documentary from the Simpsons if it was up against Cats. That movie is podcast poison that has been spread around enough already, and thank god itās finally getting stopped in this instance.
