Bull Durham and Field of Dreams are incredible. Tim Cup is very fun. I haven’t seen Draft Day, but dissecting a big Griffin film would be super interesting. Indie Comics is long and wacky, varying degrees of quality. I say Costner!

90s indie comics would be a fun exercise that centers on a theme I’d love to hear dissected more—“can Hollywood capture the peculiar zeitgeist of indie comics through the studio system” I’m less intrigued by the common theme of—“can a monotone and stone faced actor convincingly portray more than two or three emotions?”
