So I figured it out, it's because I was opening them in gimp and it just fucks up psd files. There's websites that can open it and it looks totally normal. By the way did you ever release Ran?

there are some layers to are able to coexist without the picture looking weird (usually layers for expressions are ok), some layers don't with certain combinations. my advice is to disable layers that has similar name with the other (eg. 'wings open' enabled while 'wings close' disabled, the word is wings in this case) sorry about that!! maybe i should include some info text in the layer names to indicate this next time

I mentioned on another one of your posts that I was kind of confused about how to work psd files before. I think part of my issue stems from me trying to use gimp because I don't have photoshop. It almost seems like layers that are supposed to be able to coexist are covering each other up because the wrong one is shown on top. Usually the only way I can see the image it to disable a bunch of them. Any advice? Either way, great work as usual and thank you.
