F me, it's finally done. As you might have read, I've been in trouble with the Finanzamt (German taxes). They claimed I didn't pay enough taxes in 2018.
Anyway, after weeks and weeks and weeks of digging up old documents and sending Emails, the issue was finally resolved: The Finanzamt OWES ME MONEY... 14€...
Yes, I've spent the last few weeks under constant mental stress, while working through all kinds of bureaucratic garbage to finally gain 14€ out of it. Honestly, those bloodsuckers can keep the money if they can give me the last 6 weeks or so back.
Anyway, the chapter is a little short, but considering I'm pretty close to welding a bunch of steel plates to a tractor and going on a rampage, I think you can forgive me. Expect more frequent releases from now on.

"What!? I'm not a pervert!"
Looking at Bon Clay and hearing those words, Yuna could only shake her head. First, her gaze landed on Boon Clay's face that, despite massive amounts of makeup, still looked like a man's face. Following that, her gaze wandered over the swan-like decorations on his shoulder, over his ballerina dress to his unshaved legs, resulting in another shake of her head.
"Clearly a pervert!"
"I'm not a pervert! This is my OKAMA WAY!!!"
Following those words, Bon Clay struck another pose while Yuna clearly looked unconvinced. Naturally, Bon Clay noticed Yuna's expression, resulting in a deep frown.
"Why are you even calling me a pervert? Clearly, you are the pervert! I don't know why, but I can feel it clearly."
As Bon Clay spoke, Yuna's face became smug. She raised her head high, her nose pointing skyward.
"That's right. It's good that you understand. I, Yuna, between heaven above and earth beneath, I am the greatest pervert!"
As those words left Yuna's mouth, she spread her arms wide while a wave crashed against the Going Merry causing water to splash up, giving Yuna a backdrop of glistering water, reflecting the sunlight.
Bon Clay was dazed when he saw Yuna's image, and moments later, tears streamed down his face like a waterfall.
"What a magnificent form! My thinking was too shallow! My Okama way... CAN STILL GO MUCH FURTHER, AH-HAHAHA~!!!
Meanwhile, Nami was looking at the conversation between Yuna and Bon Clay with empty eyes, clearly having decided that she wanted to have no part in it.
At the same time, Zoro somehow managed to get back to sleep despite the commotion Yuna and Bon Clay were causing. Luffy was laughing happily, not really getting what was going on, but since it looked like Yuna and Bon Clay were getting along, he was happy as well.
Chopper, also not really getting what was happening, had stars in his eyes due to finding Yuna's pose cool, and Sanji and Vivi simply weren't on the deck to witness the mess that was going on.
Unfortunately, after a few minutes of Yuna teaching Bon Clay the Dao of Degeneracy, Bon Clay's crew appeared and picked him up, resulting in a tear-filled goodbye from Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper while Yuna was only holding her chin, contemplating.
'Mhh, I think he would make a good disciple.'
[Degenerates really attract each other, don't they?]
"NO WAY!?"
Before Yuna could answer Kurama, a surprised yell echoed over the Going Merry, and seeing the source of the outcry, Yuna tilted her head in confusion.
'Vivi?'
"Vivi, what's wrong?"
The remaining crew members were just as surprised as Yuna, so Nami instantly asked what was wrong while Vivi's gaze was fixed on the departing Bon Clay.
"T-That person was Mister 2! One of the highest ranked Baroque Workers!"
"""WHAT!?"""
Obviously, everyone was shocked when they heard who they just met, not expecting to randomly encounter a high-ranked Baroque Worker while sailing from one island to the next. Yuna briefly considered chasing after Bon Clay, but after thinking how easily she lost sight of the Going Merry despite only diving into the sea for a minute or two, she decided against that.
'Who knows how far I'll end up away from the Going Merry if I actually chase after another ship. I'd rather not spend the next few days looking for the rest of the crew, randomly flying all over the Grand Line.'
So, after Yuna made her decision, she decided to sit down next to the Merry's mast and continued cultivating, steadily increasing the strength and durability of her body.
However, a few minutes later, she heard someone approaching her, resulting in her opening her eyes while a small smile appeared on her face.
"Finally decided to join my harem?"
"Could you stop talking about that every time I'm trying to talk to you?"
"Nope~"
Answering her question without a sliver of hesitation, Nami could only roll her eyes at Yuna before she resumed talking.
"You talked to me about that cultivation stuff before, and I..."
"It's called 'Cultivating the Heavenly...'"
"Yes, yes, whatever it's called. Anyway, I initially wasn't too interested since you said I was a long-term investment, while I also felt that being able to fight wasn't as important since I have you guys, but I have changed my mind."
Although pouting a little because Nami ignored the name she had made up, Yuna continued listening to Nami, and as soon as she stopped speaking, Yuna nodded in acknowledgment.
"So?"
"I want to be stronger! Not only for my sake, but also for Vivi's sake and the whole crew as well! So, can you please help me get stronger, Yuna?"
A smirk appeared on Yuna's face as she nodded her head in agreement and motioned Nami to sit down in front of her.
"Hehe, I was waiting for this. A few days ago, I figured out the best way for you to cultivate so we can get started right away. Sit down in front of me and close your eyes. You have already absorbed the energy of nature before, so I'll teach you the best way to circulate it through your body now and the way you should breathe while doing so."
Obviously, coming up with new cultivation techniques wasn't easy. However, Yuna was a completely different case, as she has always been relying on herself to improve her cultivation technique, not once referencing what others did.
So, despite not having the same affinity to weather as Nami, she could still deduce a cultivation technique that fit Nami perfectly.
So, a few seconds later, Nami could feel a warm current flowing around her body, which ultimately formed a small ball inside her right above her belly button.
Seeing the two women sitting close to each other, the rest of the crew didn't show too much interest in what they were doing. Luffy had his head filled with nothing but the thought of the next piece of meat he would consume, while Zoro was currently doing handstand-push-ups, while a colossal dumbbell was placed on top of his feet, believing in a more physical method to grow stronger.
Usopp, on the other hand, showed mild interest but was too busy working on his next gadget, while Sanji was wholly focused on preparing the next meal for Yuna, Nami, and Vivi while casually dumping some meat on a pan for the rest of the crew.
Vivi was a little curious, but due to not really being part of the crew, she decided not to ask while, finally, there was Chopper, who showed great interest but was too shy to ask what Yuna and Nami were doing due to having just joined the crew a few days ago.
Just like that, an hour passed, and Nami's first attempt at cultivation was only occasionally interrupted by her taking a glance at the Log Pose to make sure their course was still set.
"What a weird feeling."
Standing up after hours of hard work, Nami stretched her back and arms, pushing her chest forward in the process, instantly causing Sanji to drool a little while Yuna nodded in approval.
Obviously, she nodded in approval at Nami's progress and not her figure being on display like that... obviously.
Anyway, Nami ignored the two perverts and clenched and unclenched her hands multiple times, clearly feeling some difference. She raised one of her hands and pinched her index finger and thumb together before moving them away, resulting in a small electric ark being generated between the two fingers.
While initially, no one showed much interest, seeing the small electric ark appearing between Nami's fingers, Luffy almost teleported in front of her, his eyes shining as bright as a star.
"What this!? It's so interesting! Can you shoot beams now!? Please, Nami, shoot a beam!"
Seeing how agitated Luffy suddenly became, Nami rolled her eyes as she moved the arc of electricity so it would touch Luffy's hand and shook him, only to notice that it didn't have any effect at all.
'Right, this idiot is made out of rubber, so lightning obviously doesn't work.'
"Calm down, Luffy. All I can do right now is create a little bit of lighting or a few small clouds..."
She initially wanted to stop her explanation there, but she couldn't help but feel a little mischievous as she continued talking.
"...Hehe, but I'm sure if I continue, I'll be able to shoot lightning beams soon~"
Of course, there was more to this than just shooting lightning. After all, her affinity was towards weather. That being said, Nami knew that she would need to spend quite a bit of time figuring out what she could do and how to use her abilities in combat, using lightning being the most obvious one.
However, there were a lot of aspects to the weather, so she was looking forward to what she could do, her first-time cultivation having already given her all kinds of insight she could use in the future.

I think you got a couple events mixed up in your story's timeline. You have Nami asking Yuna about cultivation in this chapter and being taught a suitable one for her elemental nature. However, you already had her cultivating with the technique you have her learning here in the last chapter.
