I always thought that the STG and later on a modernized BAR were fun additions on MW3 as they added some very unique guns in that game's massive arsenal - the BAR fit very nicely into that game's Battle Rifle niche. But the F2000 in Vanguard was egregious, and made me stop playing. I assumed they ran out of time for that season and just plopped in another asset. I yearn for a WW2 game that is arcadey, but doesn't try to feel like a game set in the assault rifle era.
