FORMULA 1 2003 Updated - 2.0 Release

Improved Liveries to reduce some of the pixelated areas
Improved camera angles and FPV of some of the cars
The Renault steering wheel 3d model has been fixed
Fixed an issue with the Williams handling and physics
Williams Livery reworked by @Prophetimus

All cars from the 2003 season have the following improvements:
Updated Gloves recreating the real colors for each driver.
Updated Helmets with matte and chrome effects.
Improved Tyre textures.
Improved car Interiors.
Improved onboard cameras.
An upcoming update will include Engine sounds made by @prophetimus.

Question: once updated the version is still saying 1.0 .. also the link on the emails i recieved this morning arent working? so has the cars been updated to 2.0 despite it stating 1.0

The improvements are great. I do find that the cars are too shiny, so I have swapped the shaders.

This passes the test! Only minor issue is on the Renault, where the steering column protrudes through the steering wheel.
