Great detailed F1 mod but like others have mentioned, using the Ferrari, McLaren, Williams & Toro Rosso is cause crashing after around 15 seconds. This happens when driving the car or having it as an AI car. I’ve tried differently CSP and Pure but nothing seems to work?

Hi, love every mod, but i'm having an issue with the tyres, you gave instruction on how but when I go to my files and go to textures there is no cars tab or anything so I have nowhere to put the tyre file.

Thanks a lot for the kind words! I highly doubt the mod itself has a strong impact on performance, since these are old models and not that heavy compared to others. It could be more related to a CSP, as the latest versions seem to be causing quite a few issues. That said, I’m preparing an update with less movement on the wings and optional 4K tyre textures (the ones currently are 8K, which I’ll correct to help a bit with performance). Have you also tried enabling the deduplicate textures option I suggested for the 2006 season? Could you kindly share your setup specs? That might help me understand better what’s happening on your side.

its a very good pack as always, But i have a problem with loading, its possible that its the high detail of the cars, But i received the blue screen of death :) apparently the cars are so good looking the computer had collapsed from hotness. it only happens when i load in all the cars for a race.

Hi, The mods look great, and the sounds are amazing, especially the Merc. The only thing is that the car goes pretty fast on the straights — is that normal? Also, the car loses the rear a lot of times on the exit of fast corners and also during direction changes. Maybe I’m using the wrong setup, but if I keep a 6° difference between the front (less degrees) and the rear (more degrees), the car feels balanced. Overall, the mod cars are drivable and enjoyable to drive.

so far what works the mod is great, but only some cars work. i havnt had time to test them alll but so far only the merc, sauber and redbull work, other cars like ferrari torro rosso and i think the mclaren all crash after a bout 15 seconds of driving or something, unsure why

My bad, i didn't take my time an download the mod the correct way, the cars seem to be working fine, the ones I've tried, great job guys once again, I did notice the front wing moving a little to much, an the rpms are not Insync with the dash, but still a marvelous 2014 f1 mod to add to my collection, keep up the great work!

It includes fixes for sounds and tyre compounds for that season. More updates are coming, and we’ll update the same links instead of posting hotfixes to keep things simple to download and install.

Hi, recieved a notification from this some minutes ago. Question: beside the tyres correction and the information about the FMOD sound setting, is there any correction that needs another download? Or the first release still goes? (Im talking about the cars Part 1 and 2) Thanks!!

drag the zip (Tyres_2014.zip) and move it into the directed path no need to open it ro extract anything from the zip.

The sound is greatly messed up for me. It cuts out completely when I start to rev up on every camera mode except one (the one where you're sitting in the cockpit with no wheel or instruments). I really don't want to drive with that camera. Can you please look into this? I was driving the Force India. UPDATE: I tested all the cars; the Force India, Caterham, Lotus, Sauber, Toro Rosso and Williams all have the sound problem. The others are fine. ALSO: I have CSP version 0.2.12-preview1. I found out that unless you have the CSP flames TURNED ON in the Particles FX section the game will crash as soon as your car tries to produce a flame. Be sure to turn the flames ON.

driven the McLaren and the Sauber and the physics are awesome really snappy and challenging can feel the tyre flex too over all happy with that did have the Tyre texture isuse and 2nd thing was that the mclaren was using a honda sound

I can't get the tyres to work even though I've been putting them in the right file and the red bull Dash is very dull and hard to see. and where is the AI grid preset it's the only thing missing to make the mod Feel Complete

Hi, thanks for this new pack! One little feedback: besides the tyres rezip mentioned above to make them work, another thing that i saw is that Red Bull Cars are without sound. Thanks again!
