Good on yer Sophie Haven’t been in the gym for nine days 😩just haven’t felt up to it☹️☹️ Been suffering with flu symptoms 👎👎 Hopefully will feel well enough to get back to training in a few more days🤞🤞🤞🤞 Need to get up to speed for my next Sesh with my PT a week on Tuesday 😳👍💪
