Iβve been off this week under dentist orders and I am dying to get back to training, hopefully back in again on Monday.
Totally out of whack after the Germany break and now this too π₯Ί such is life, itβs okay. Back on the nutrition and training goals as of next weeeeeeek π€π»

That sounds great! I hope you aren't too achy haha. I don't change anything on training days compared to rest days nooo, same protein goals etc. Though I don't even track my food, I just eat with intent

Glad you are recovering well from the dental surgery π― You will be killing it in the gym next week with all that behind you now. YESπ Really good week for me Three good seshes , one of which was with my PT Couple of days of now Back with PT for a sesh on Tuesday first thing Can I ask do you change your daily diet when you are not visiting the gym ??? As a diabetic I always count the amount of carbs ( 30 g per meal max) But I donβt limit myself on protein.
