You guuuuys Iβm struggling so bad at the moment, Iβve barely been sleeping and havenβt been able to eat enough with all the tooth stuff going on π still showing up, hoping things get better soon but just doing my best!

Not being able to to eat properly and sleep absolutely sucksπ΅βπ«π΅βπ« Bulgarian squats They look tough π¦΅π¦΅π³ Havenβt quite progressed to the Bulgarian squats yetπ΅βπ« Still doing alternate reverse lunges with DBs. they make me sweat HAHA Got my balance sussed with them now πππ Build up the weights a bit more and then progress to the Bulgarians next ????π³π³π³ Had a good sesh today Increased the weight on my one arm rows . All good Think I push it up a bit more on Sundays sesh ππ Added in the leg press machine today as I havenβt done it in awhile 170 kg 4x10 reps Not 3x my weight like someone I know πππ³ Now that would be going heavy πππππ³π Hope you have a great weekend and hope you get some more sleep and can start eating with INTENT again πππ I love that sentiment Brilliant HAHAHAHA ππ
