Sorry for the lack of content. Iβve had my head down in the gym just getting it done, I have some stuff backed up tho which Iβll be sharing!
Did potentially my laaaaast session in this particular gym today, so soon youβll have a change of scenery π
I plan to do more check ins/physique updates from home too once Iβve moved!
Canβt wait to get back to normal life after the stress of it is done π
