I feel like there's an assumption that women are being compared to whatever is on TV? Which sounds like an insane thing to do to me, I would never see something on TV and be like "Wow so much better than what I have." On the other hand, the average man is psychotic, controlling and doesn't even acknowledge that women are human beings so, maybe they have a point.
