To agree with the pod on the third post: GOVERNMENT JOBS RULE. Do not work at any stupid ass startup, some "innovative new company", and most importantly of all, DO NOT WORK AT A NON-PROFIT. Especially, sorry for any social services/social justice folks, the non-profit focuses on social justice or youth empowerment. Those places will wring your soul and mind out for nothing, it's not your responsibility to save the world or save the disadvantaged people you probably have the burden of working with. That last poster dilemma reeks of non-profit bs; if I was the poster in that last one I'd ask the boss "why don't you give up some PTO you fucking jerk".

Honestly the second case feels like a case where none of them is really guilty, the guy didn't like the way things were and let the woman choose "the kink or me" and she didn't chose him, that's life. She was a bit of an asshole for choosing another guy over her husband and he was a bigger asshole for pushing her onto it. Fast forward three years and the guy is totally an asshole. It's likely he was one initially too.
