Literally bought a membership yesterday because it was taking so long for the youtube upload. As much as I love y’all’s content, the sheer psychic damage I’ve gotten from that first post has made me start rethinking my life choices. (looking forward to finally checking out the guest eps tho)

not gonna say what the guy in the 3rd story did was the right thing. but if i were in his shoes i would absolutely do it and probably do something even worse, and i think most people would to. the hurt she caused is never something you can recover from and now he has to have that conversation all over again now that he learned it was for nothing. the woman sending the friend request is unimaginably cruel.

I think forcing the conversation with the fiancé is not wrong, maybe leaving it at a message to “ask her how she broke up with me” or something would have been enough.

I think I just had a stroke listening to that first story's writing. I try to be "cringe is dead" usually, but it just would not stop in that one

Yeah I went through something similar when I was 16/17 10 years ago. I was able to forgive the person and redevelop the friendship but it took years of hating that person and dealing with the ramifications before i was able to grow beyond it, it's extremely hard and can't blame the guy at all.

with story #3: that guilt isn't evaporating overnight. It's so deeply ingrained at this point that he'll keep finding new ways it's bled into how he sees the world. This is a "straight to hell" story
