No, the latest version at the moment is 0.05b. Version 0.06 is still under development

We can't say exactly how many percent so as not to mislead anyone, but most of the work is done. Everything that was planned to be updated from the old content has already been updated. The text work is also finished, dialogs, translations and so on. Scenes are not all ready, in any case they still have to be finalized and changed. Also the game code is not ready yet, which may take different amount of time
