This is just a part of the reworked backgrounds. By the release of version 0.06, almost all of the main backgrounds in the game will have been updated.

lol I love the South Park banner on the front of the building! but I'm kinda bummed you removed the no booze, no smoking, no bare Boobies from the bottom of the camp rules sign :p the visual of crossed out circle indicators was cool. anyway I can't wait to see the English dialog for version .06 :)

Aside the "sticker panel", most of them feel like a zoom out. Not that it's a bad thing, just looks that way
