When I got my hospital bill, they charged $8 for two Tylenols that they gave me after I had surgery. Regular Tylenol. I'd hate to know how much they would have charged for everything else. The bill I got just for being in the hospital after insurance was $1700.00. Then you get separate bills for anesthesia, lab work, blah blah blah.
Medicine or no medicine she would have still been charged for going to the hospital to have the baby! 8k is a slap on the wrist compared to what people get charged now! He is def the asshole! And yes America sucks!
