Next trip to America you have to have your tour managers find healthy restaurants near your hotels. We love our unhealthy food but those of us who’d like to see 90 don’t eat that way daily. I live in a medium sized Midwestern city and I can name several options for takeout. I can’t eat BBQ daily as much as I love it otherwise that $150 gym membership is a waste 😩

James has done something to his beard....Phew!😘 That beard is bearding. It makes his handsome face look more handsome and slimmer. He has done with his beard, what I used to train ladies and Make Up Artists (years ago - when I had a Make over/Make up Business) - to do to their faces with make up - so there are highlights and contours. By trimming the beard near his cheek bones - as it fades away to his temple. Hope he keeps that look and not grow the beard fully. There is so much light and shade on his face right now and with that golden tan - Na Wa! (Nigerian for Wow!). THAT MAN is handsome! He can do some modelling right now. If I still had my company - I would have contacted them at SNG. Those people are easy on the eyes - Hope Rem - keeps the hair off his face - as he has in this episode - Gosh! SNG Men (and women) are really easy on the eyes! The tan on James, reminds me of a young man I used to work with a few years ago - Same age as James's actually. I joined his Aunty's UK Company and he was the very fair skinned mixed race young man in the Office. Come Summer - he went away - walked back into the office and my jaw dropped! Exactly like what James looks like now - sun kissed, with a golden tan! I told him he looked amazing: His response cracked me up - He said: "X (my name) - I didn't know I was such a white boy oh! Until I came to this Country Britain. Back in Ghana I was called the 'Golden boy!' I was famous for my looks! I thought that was my natural colour but when I arrived first at Ireland (his other parent's) and then in Britain - I went completely white! The attention was no longer there, and I missed my golden tan". (He was not joking - Come Winter Time - He really is fair skinned! Fairer than James) When he showed me a picture of himself in Ghana - JAW DROP! He REALLY looked like a golden god! He giggled when he shared his experience looking like that and how women would come after him, back in Ghana. The opposite of what James sadly went through in his younger days with Black women here in Britain - sadly rejecting him..... Even the men - wanted to hang around this man as a friend - He was popular and FOINEE! Cut a long story short - He is happily married now to a beautiful very dark skinned Ghanaian lady - she looks a bit like Iman, the Super Model - tall, beautiful and very elegant. STUNNING! They look amazing as a couple. I thought he would marry a White lady or Mixed race lady - but he opted for a Black woman - They met in Ghana and now live in the UK😍

I wasn't going to type anything as I've written so much in the past - BUT GOD! James's brain....Soooo unexpectedly amazingly genius like. It's a niche! If that makes sense I screamed with shocking laughter (if that were possible) when he made those monkey noises! (32:43 - 33:20 / 1:07:41) - Dear God! :-) It reminded me of that line that still stuns but is soooo funny: "You smell so bananery!" :-) If he were in Hollywood with that mind - he would make millions of Great British Pounds (US Dollars) because of his creative genius mind! That is what made the TV Show "Seinfeld" (one of my favourite American Shows) so unique! Dear God! James - And not only is his sense of humour off the bat and unique - he is so quick with it too. WOW! I'm weak!! Fuhad too has had his moments with his unique phrases! I don't want the Podcast to stop - but these two need to SERIOUSLY write creatively - later on in life - and just watch the money roll in. Like the brilliant writer of "Only Fools and Horses"! (RIP) - He had a great creative comedic mind and created a great Show - one of the best Comedy Shows in Britain, that kept us entertained for years, even long after the Show was over. I bought all the VHS Videos back then and taped them from off the TV as well!!! That's how much I loved that Show - Very unique and FUNNY!
