DILEMMA I was in a car with my girlfriend and on our way to a date we got in to a car accident and we were taken to the same hospital, they called my next to kin because my accident was a bit serious, which was my wife but me and my wife had issues to the point where I was talking to a divorce lawyer and when she came to the hospital she was balling her eyes out and saying sorry for everything that she put me through and saying she gonna change(this has happened before her asking for forgiveness), here is where it took a 180°, my girlfriend(Selam) was in the next bed to me just separated by a curtain and heard everything my soon to be ex-wife said and she opened the curtain and saw us, my jaw dropped because I didn’t tell her I was married, but was planning to tell her after the divorce. She started crying and walked out my wife asked and told her everything but she still kept on telling me she will change and I didn’t have to do that but am done with her. So how can I tell Selam that I love her and want to build my life with her she is my soul mate but she is not responding to my calls and texts? The incident helped me with my divorce because at least my wife know what I am on now and am thankful for that but it’s also gonna make me loss the love of my life so help me daddies I NEED HELP and I know she listens to best podcast(we used to listen to you every week) so this is also a message for Selam, “ I love you please give me 5min tell talk to you”

Depends on your skin! The one Fuhad is using, the Dennis Gross exfoliating pads, are great. But only 1-2x a week. Mandelic acid and lactic acid are great chemical exfoliators that help penetrate the skin. The Ordinary makes great ones you can use as serums and they’re cost less. Make sure to top it off with your favorite moisturizer. Avoid scrubs, because those can make certain skin issues worse.

Poor Fuhad. The skincare girlies feel your pain. We’ve all been there and made BAD mistakes trying to get in our skincare bag. Your skin is really sensitive now so I’d back off any exfoliating, active acids and active ingredients like that for a few weeks. If you’ve been exfoliating daily for that long, you’ve probably stripped your skin of vital moisture and it’s extra sensitive. Focus on hydration and moisture for a while to help reset. I wouldn’t use it at all while you’re in Australia because you need to be really careful about sun exposure when you’re using those products. Once you can use it again safely, you should only exfoliate 1-2x a week. Make sure to alternate days you’re exfoliating to give your skin a break. And James, try to avoid touching the skin oil pipette directly to your beard or face. Because that can introduce bacteria into the tube and the product.

Yeah... with exfoliation and retinols (when your skin barrier isn't climatised to them). less is more, for sure. Start with lower strength once a week for exfoliators. Especially chemical. And retinols start half pea/pea size a couple times a week and move to nightly after the coming weeks. Will allow your skin to adjust and work with you, not against you x

Interestingly Fuhad does not have large pores! Some people just have an oily T Zone. Or they sweat a lot at any time of the day! In comparison, people with dry and or even tone skin have very tiny pores - making the skin almost smooth looking, spotless seamless. Beautiful to look at BUT there is a catch - Their skin ages faster -whereas those with oily skin or mixed (Oily and Dry) - age far less! So Fuhad please, don't exfoliate all your natural oils away.

Licensed esthetician here. When Fuhad said he was using those wipes everyday, I screamed. I knew that would happen. If you see this Fuhad, just moisturize and hydrate for a few weeks. Used things with ceramides, glycerin, niacinamide. Aquafor is really helpful as well! Glass skin will come eventually, just be patient!

That Dr. Dennis gross exfoliation is no joke! It works wonders but it’s strong. The key is rotate. Exfoliate day 1, retinol day 2, break for 1-2 days and repeat. And slowly introducing new skin care and patch testing has to be a must. That way if you have a reaction to something you know what product is messing you up.
