So the addictive personality is part of ADHD. I have it to. When I find something that I like I’ll do it for days. When I took up coloring I did it so much that I injured my thumb to the point I needed steroid shots. I’ve had to delete some mobile games because I was spending way too much money and time. I’ve also injured my shoulder playing PowerWash on the VR. What has helped me was getting on medicine. I’m NOT saying medicine is needed for everyone. But for me, I think as evidenced above, I needed it. It also helped me to know that it was part of my ADHD versus a personal failure.
