And as for the fitness contest, I can't even do that because I fractured the navicular bone in my left foot and also strained ligaments and tendons in it in a freak accident in jiu-jitsu 3 weeks ago 😔 At least the guys can still make me smile a little. It's very much appreciated. ***Got the diet thing and drinking a gallon of water a day down pat, though. And I do some upper body and ab work, occasionally some body weight squats. But the steps? Walking a lot? Nah 😩
