Our Red String Remastered (Ch9 final version)

After working so intensively and for such a long time, it's hard for me to get perspective on the finished product, but that's always the case. I still feel so many things could've been improved, and I would've liked to be much more thorough, but this rework has taken far too long as it is. Once again, thank you for your patience.
I know most of you would've preferred for me to skip this rework, or keep it a lot shorter, and move on with the story and Chapter 10. I share that feeling... A rework doesn't bring much new to the table, and it isn't especially fun for me to do, it's been quite a chore, honestly. But there were a few glaring issues I could not ignore, some things I needed to fix before moving forward and so much wasted potential. In the end it took too long, it hurt the game's momentum and I even lost a month of revenue (by choice), but I believe it's all been worth it.
I feel the game is more solid and polished now, closer to what it should and could be. The experience is mostly the same, but it's internal structure has been improved, the mechanics better implemented, the visual presentation enhanced and the soundtrack expanded. I did some subtle tweaks to the pacing, dialogue and character interactions, expanded on scenes and opportunities that offered more potential and that sort of thing. I'm attaching a change log for those who are curious about the stuff that has been added, tweaked or changed.
Some aspects are still a bit rough around the edges, like the Agenda, and I have in mind a few small things I still want to add or improve, but first I want to hear about your feelings and opinions about this new release. Also I want to thank Lara, BloodyMares and TheDarkFable for their help and support with the technical issues, revisions, and improvements to my workflow. The project has gotten so big it would be impossible for me to do it on my own!
I hope you find the remastered ORS even prettier and more charming that it originally was, and hopefully I will give you all that new content you wanted to get in the next Chapter. Work has already started on it!
P.D.: I re-uploaded the final version. Some extra tweaks, but just minor visual or technical issues that will not impact the experience.

My browser crashes when I click on the PC download link. When I copy and paste the link address there is not a "%20" there to delete.

no idea if I am doing something wrong but can't get the Mac download to work. my issue is that after downloading it says cannot open as publisher cannot be verified, any ideas? (this is for both games.

Thanks Brother, my savior once again! Seems that I misinterpreted this point. Still don't know why Louise is out of it now, but this is not so drastic than removing a complete scene. Chapter 7 seems to have some more interesting changes to it that I don't get right now but Eva will have her reasons for it.

IIRC the masturbation scene is still present, just there are no Louise pics in it (just the usual Lena, Alison & Cindy ones).

I don't think adding another weird white guy does much for diversity either. The game already has plenty of those. I should stop complaining but I hope the original Billy comes back at least in a different setting.

Think you have got a point there, Brother. Additionally, Jeremy is a horny, yet kind of normal guy, but Billy was some kind of cliché. On the other hand, my guts really liked where this cliché was going to :D . But Eva always had a good hand for the story, so I think, she will make white Billy work, even he looks a little young and vanilla.

Praised your new release many times already :) , so this time just a quick question: Is there a reason for this: "Ch7: Removed Ian jerking off to Louise’s pics and tweaked jerk off points"? The removal of the Stan-video-scene could be in order to let him develope honest feelings and not creepy ones. But why get rid of Ian masturbating? Could think of many reasons, but no one really compelling.

Refactoring is always taking much time than expected, but like you said, it's a mandatory thing if you want to continue to update & progress. I strongly encourage you to have dedicated months for that, where you'll tackle some kind of improvements that you can't fit into a "normal" work month. I would suggest 1 out 4 months for this, where you'll inform backers in order to let the one you one to unsubscribe for that month to do so (and let the others who are willing to support you, full time, to know that) Happy to put my hands on this chapter 9, finally ! ;)

Copy the link to the address bar in the browser, delete the "%20" from the beginning of the link.

Can't access the Mac version for download. Just tells me the page failed to open because the address isn't valid. EDIT: There's a %20 in front of the address. Delete that and the link works fine.
