Only when you have a connection with the protagonist will you have the feeling of NTR. If you just appear as a character and have no interaction with the protagonist, it is indeed not considered NTR.

I agree its not really ntr if someone you dont really know is getting banged by some dude but if inoda takes all the girls away from kirito then it feels more personal. Instead of kirito find out the girl he barley knew had a sex life it would be him being sad finding out that all the girls that he had grown to care for were stolen away by inoda

Well, I don't think I want the new female characters to be in a Suguha or Shinon situation. I want them to have a relationship with Inoda. For example, if Alice has sex with another guy, it's not really NTR. because, unlike in the original, Kirito and Alice are new to each other in this game and don't have a deep relationship.So if Alice has sex with another guy, it's just... Alice is just dating someone else. This could look the same if Inoda and Alice had sex, but in that case, Alice would have multiple roles. if she has a relationship with Inoda, Alice could have a role in deceiving Kirito, helping Inoda, and accelerating Asuna's corruption. This is my personal opinion, and Fujino makes all the decisions about stories.

I'm fine with using new characters to move the storyline along. But don't just add characters for Inoda to have sex with, off the side. Keep it Asuna X Inoda primarily.

Please just move on from that one night. We've seen what we need to see from it, it's okay to move and develop the rest of the story.

If the new characters have no impact on the relationship between Asuna, Inoda, and Kirito, there may be no point in their existence. I hope they don't make the new characters really unrelated like they did in Part 1.
