It was never brought up in-game. It was just a believe Asuna had since the beginning. Just like her believes on Blowjobs and Contraceptives. Of course all those perks are only there for Inoda to corrupt Asuna enough so she will lose them.

Hey off topic, but does it seem to anyone else that Kirito in this game is more into the female having control in sexual relationships? (I.e. femdom) Think about it, both Liz and Sugu were the ones who seduced him (if you chose those choices) and he more into that than Asuna who prefer a man to be in control “Inoda”. Just something I noticed.
