Hello! First, you need to use HQ mod to see the texture clearly inside the game. The HQ mod increases the texture resolution used in games. These pictures are rendered using the 3d program by exporting sim to a 3d file. You can export sim using the Simsripper program It's for getting images of good quality (realistic shadows, lighting effects), and it's not related to gameplay. I hope my answer is helpful.
