If you’d like a funny story, I have one for you. A friend and I were driving to Lexington, Kentucky, and we came to an exit on the highway for Versailles, Ky. My friend said it was pronounced “Ver-sales”, and I said it was pronounced “Ver-sigh”. So we argued about it as we came into the town and we decided to stop at a fast food restaurant. We walked inside and up to the counter and asked the cashier to help us. Specifically we asked “Very slowly and clear tell us where are we?” The cashier looked really confused and looked down, and then back at us and said “Bur-Ger-King.” I hope this brightened your day a little. Hang in there.
