No the ACL is in your Knee. And that's where the pain was. But the WAY you're describing the pain is similar.

Hi hi wait they had pain on the inside of their feet?? I thought the ACL was on the back?? Or am I stupid

Sorry that this took a while. I wanted to tell you that what you are describing as far as how your foot feels is very similar to that of someone I know who tore her ACL last year. It took 2 surgeries and 6 months of PT to get her where she is and she still has issues. but that's mostly because she refused to take it easy when they told her to.
