i have been trying recently to break through a lot of emotional and mental blocks and i was thinking of doing a short little “emotions with m” thing every month where we talk about a certain subject. this month was going to be “when an ex who hurt u in ur past reaches out” and share my experience, my thoughts and a bit of my writing.
i was thinking of making next months about grief or possibly anxiety??
this would just be like an extra lil segment for u all if u want to check in emotionally or are going through a similar situation??
