It depends on settings your flow field. Need to adjust.

Hi Thank you so much for the reply, it's running on the Flow Field modifier / along to spline mode. I've changed Field to Velocity but the tail of the cloth is not sticking to the spline, it's following but not precisely, not sure why.

Yes. You should use Flow Field modifier / along to spline mode. Use your spline as a path and placed it in Flow Field
