I'd suggest install the latest C4D Release.

hmmm. That is defiantly weird cuz it's native c4d capsule. Actually I have no clue why. Maybe you should reinstall your c4d.

Nope, I mean the Subdivide Operator Node, when I try to drag it or double click, it shows me the error, it's weird
