Pumpkin and beef stew Kabocha pumpkin, cut into quarters. Remove the guts and seeds and then peel the outside skin like potatoes. Take some cheap beef and chop that sh*zzle, then toss that in a pot. Add some seasoning like chopped garlic and onions, salt, pepper, cumin, jalapeno flakes. 1/2 cup Soy sauce, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and enough water to submerge all the beef and pumpkin. Medium heat for low simmer. Add whatever cheap veggies you like and cook down until the pumpkin is fork tender. Make a quick thickener out of 1 part corn starch and 1part water and stir it in. Turn the heat up and let it boil until it thickens. Cut the heat and let it sit for a few minutes, it'll thickens more into a hearty ass stew that makes you feel all hobbity and stuff

Peanut butter with potato chips! I like putting the chips inside a peanut butter sandwich, the added salt and crunch is nice. Adding honey can be good too!
