APA, The Skull In Detail, Rendering pt.1

We're not just making it look pretty; we're aiming for a strong understanding of what makes up the skull itself. This lesson is all about taking what we've already learned about the skull's anatomy and getting to know those features as fully realised forms. These studies are the fastest route to really understand the structure we're drawing, which is super important for anyone serious about portraiture.
Here are all of the materials you will need:
- Graphite pencils- from 2H-2B
- Paper- white/off-white/pearl grey, Stonehenge or Canson mi-teintes
- Kneaded erasers
- Paper stumps- a variety of sizes
