This month we will be following up on last month’s John Singer Sargent portrait drawing study with a second attempt. Crucially this one will included a dark background that lends more depth and realism when compared to the more graphic sketch in the first lesson. So, get ready for some serious edge control 💪

Stephen. Completely. The reason I'm not coming in is that I don't need critique on work that I feel I have to rush. Also, I see you giving critique on work I know is time pressured (for some) Much better to have the 'challenge' - you record the speaking draw along - we do our 'work' and then meet up for a longer critique. Love it.
