Is Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood that good?
🕑 Added 2021-03-12 05:00:03 +0000 UTCI've never seen it. I've never really been interested in doing "reaction" content, but, apparently it's a classic on the level of Avatar, so, might be interesting to have my first reactions recorded.
What do you think?

Brotherhood is great. Although, in all fairness, it does come down as a more shonen action adventure, and being as its the second adaptation of the FMA manga, the beginning say, 14 episodes or so a bit hard to get through being as brotherhood assumes you've seen the 2003 adaptation, which is less action and more character study. Both are great, probably on par with avatar, but 2003 is personally my favorite, and is the one you should watch first before brotherhood.

I just watched it for the first time a few weeks ago and have no regrets.

FMA is really good. However it is a bit weird because there are 2 versions. The regular one and Brotherhood. The normal anime finished before the manga, so the second part of it is really werid and non-canon. Brotherhood is the really great one, but it kinda skims through the first half because the original anime already went through it. That all said, FMA is incredibly good. Worth watching Imo

Definitely worth watching, not sure if I'd be interested in reaction content about it tho
I would say it's good and worth watching, but I wouldn't go as far as to say it's as good as avatar.

Amazing show. I finished it last month and it was awesome. It’s a rollercoaster of emotions and interconnected themes. Also the OPs and EDs are amazing musically and visually

I was a doubter for years. Then I watched it. Holy shit it’s good. Just make sure you watch Brotherhood, and make sure you start on ep #2.

Yeah it's very good! It skims over a lot of stuff in the earlier episodes, because they were covered in the original anime, but it is still excellent

It’s the only show that operates in the same space, imo.
