I love brotherhood but it’s probably the worst way to experience the story for first timers, Because of the rushed beginning, If you arent interested in 2003 as a standalone, I would recommend watching the first 26 episodes and then switching back to brotherhood so that you can experience the higher moments of the early episodes at their best and least rushed, or just read the manga. But honestly it’s good anyway you watch it, that’s just my suggestion LOL

Yeah, like I said before, this episode was actually a whole arc in the original manga. The first arc. But because they assume we've all scene the 2003 version, they kinda sped through it.
