No, Asami and Korra ended up together because Mako was such a bad boyfriend that he made both of his girlfriends gay.

*sigh* Ya know, I'd usually make a silly internet reference to Ryan George or something about how TIGHT this OA episode is... but I am just exhausted lately. This channel is right in the sweet spot for me when it comes to my brand of humor, so it's nice to turn off my brain and enjoy. Burnout comes for us all and I am way overdue to recognizing it. I can go back to the military tomorrow. At least it pays better than teaching does.

you need to be at least turbo analyser to be on the credits i believe

Mid episode, I hated the moment where Mako didn’t tell her they broke up

Just so you know, My guess is Varik's assets would be frozen when he was arrested, including his shares in future industry. That said, this should probably be a deathblow for future industries-if the Shares aren't allowed to be sold to someone else, so as to not allow varik to weasel his way out of thing (Not to mention the Likely multiple layers of fraud involved in procuring them,) Asami's in a bad spot. That said, depending on how the Republic city legal system works, she may be able to Sue Varik to get the money she needs.

The thumbnail is just essentially the 'Pathetic' meme.

Call me crazy, but I think tanraq and unalaq’s fight should’ve been put off as its own finale. I think it would have been much more interesting to have a season finale this time in a similar manner to that of atlas 2nd or 3rd season finale where they have a major and minor finale plotline. It would’ve been cool to see the southern and northern water tribes unite in battle but then see their two leaders finally reveal the truths (they can see unalaq help free vaatu or some shit idk), let the brothers settle their personal feud through battle, and have tonraq claim his rightful place as chief of a unified water tribe. Meanwhile korra handles vaatu and the spirit world as a simple force of nature and tries to achieve balance between the worlds as the avatar. Just seems more fitting/personal to both of their roles. This would obviously require some set up change but idc

Maybe the writers made Korra and Asami lesbians at the end of the series so that we get the relief that Mako is lonely
