Just so you know, acupuncture is now actually considered a valid and acceptable method of applicable medicine/ physical therapy. You can debate all day long about chakras and chi paths, but acupuncture strikes at the nerve endings themselves, and that’s fact. Because it’s so focused, it is not always symmetrical. By doing so strategically the acupuncturist can create certain neurochemical reactions that accelerate a body’s healing, or achieves other effects. Typically though, it’s used to deal with stress and tension, not repressed family issues.

When a Avatar goes into the avatar state all the statues of the past avatars eyes glow. It would have been cool to see the giant aang statue glow whenever Korra went into the avatar state
