I hope youβre all feeling good today π
For a long time I have been planning to learn how to draw backgrounds for my characters. I love seeing inspiring interiors and I really want to learn how to draw them. Yesterday I took this step! The illustration is not exactly what I planned it to be, but I will get there in small steps. I would like to learn, how to better simplify elements of such an illustration and find my own language of the story.
For now I am satisfied with the results π§Έ
I present to you what my trials looked like at this point. We'll see how the process will evolve with more practice!

This is not just beautiful but also helpful to see the rough sketch & how you went to the more detailed version. I always try to add all the details at the beginning which is kinda frustrating for me. And I was thinking about the greyscale part, few days ago, asking myself how it works. Now, I understand it. Thank you!
