FELLOW CLIMBER WOOHOO For years I’ve been saying to people that, as an anxious person, one of the things I love about climbing is being able to engage with fear in a (relatively) controlled, uncomplicated context. I can highly rec it to anyone to whom that appeals. Also as an autistic person I can vouch that climbing is FULL of neurodivergent people who were Bad At PE at school.
