WOW i love all of these nerds SO much. That particular fish is a big fave of mine since childhood so i got SO excited and i'm SO happy. :D Inez immediately adopted by me as well, this was again such a cute, tender and fun episode and my heart is so warm and sparkling over the wonderful energy that is now established in the crew. Some things I especially loved in this ep: - the super funny opener - the return of the phrase "being family" used as code for "hello fellow queer people, i am also a queer people" ;w; - everyone's lovely, tender personal anecdotes (Noor's fishing story) or lyrical gushing about something they love (Inez's description of the fish!!!). Nemo really wasn't kidding when they said everyone on that ship is also autistic huh - how Noor has come out of their shell and is now comfortable enough to snark, still gentle but so funny :D - Baker's story and the reaveling of the soft and tender sides of Alestes - the instant SPARKS between Inez and Alestes 👀 sorry Anh, replaced - Chekhov's aquarium Urgh, what a wonderful, gorgeously executed and comforting show.
