This reminds me of a quote that I can't fully remember, but the upshot of it was that the point of doing art (or anything creative/hobbyish) is not to be perfect, but to enjoy the doing of it. As a failing perfectionist this really opened my eyes & has let me enjoy creating stuff a lot more

It's also making me remember the video released a while back where April was narrating over drawing the cover art for one of the RQ streams on twitch and the later vod - I'm perennially fascinated by folks narrating how they do what they're doing, would love more vids like that if April or any of the other participants on this episode were up for making them!

Circling back to say how much I enjoyed this last week! I may do a relisten today since we didn't get a new Enthusigasm episode this week - it's been such a treat to have regular episodes again, I love having something substantial on the Friday slot to reward getting through the work week, or encourage me to get up and get some coffee to start my Saturady with delight.
