Glad to hear Teddy’s alive and well, employment hiccups aside! That said… I have suspicions about said employment hiccup. With the original Magnus Institute, if you were in the Archive, you were just flat out not allowed to quit or be fired. With the OIAR, though, I suspect there’s something more subtle happening…. I think people can resign from the OIAR, since Alice mentioned a somewhat high turnover rate. But, maybe if you work there long enough, like Teddy, you wind up trapped to where you can’t easily get another job or something, so you eventually have to go back? I don’t know, this is just a wild theory, and maybe Teddy just had a bit of bad luck. But after that statement all about “luck”… idk.
