Love seeing the guys cook. One cool idea would be instead of making it a competition, have them work together. Create a tasting menu and they are responsible for taking into consideration everyoneโs personal tastes and preferences and then create a menu with that feedback. An app, a salad, an entree with sides, and a dessert. They each contribute and then get feedback from the crew about what works or doesnโt. Nobody knows who did or contributed what. The challenge being they have to work in synch and try to get as close to tasting preferences as possible.

If you do the stew James mentioned in a crock pot overnight on slow cook, in the morning you've got a tender protein(best made with beef) that you can add to literally and side of carb or salad.
